My basement flooded and I didn’t know who to call so I went online to search and I came across Dr Flood. This was my first time having my basement flood so I was unfamiliar with the process. The owner explained to me my best options over the phone and that a crew would be out immediately to extract the water and pull carpet to prevent mold buildup. Although I was not happy about the situation Ken and his crew did a fine job and were quick and precise about the cleanup. Explaining the steps of the process as they went along to make me fill comfortable throughout the process. Still have a long way to go but the bulk of the process Is done. I would definitely use Dr Flood again.
